just wanted to share my recent exp building a full Elementor website using AI – it's kinda wild what you can do now.
So I was helping a friend w/ a site for their lil candle business (shoutout to scented flames lol) and didn’t have a ton of time. I’ve used Elementor before but never thought of pairing it w/ AI until now.
Here’s how I did it:
I’m no dev or anything, just a DIY person, and I got the whole thing up in like... 2 days? (most of that was just tweaking things to look “right”). My friend was hyped lol.
Anyway, if you're building w/ Elementor and not using AI in some way, def give it a try. It’s like having a co-pilot who doesn’t judge you when you don’t know what "padding" means

Here’s how I did it:
- Used ChatGPT to help write all the page content. I literally just typed "write a homepage for an artisan candle business" and it spit out like a whole decent layout of sections and text. Tweaked it a bit to match their vibe but saved HOURS.
- Image generation – I used some AI tool (think it was Midjourney?) to create nice cozy pics of candles in aesthetic settings. Looked super profesh and no need to go looking for stock images or take photos.
- Elementor layout – I built out the sections using the free version of Elementor. Copied the text from ChatGPT into the hero, about, products, etc. Used a 2-column layout for most of it, nothing too crazy. The AI helped me figure out the spacing and flow by suggesting some layout tips when I asked.
- SEO help – also had ChatGPT write meta descriptions and H1/H2s based on the content. Again, huge time saver.
