how to make language and currency of the website change by client location

Hi
My website is multilingual and has three languages (Russian, English and Chinese), plus four currencies (USD, EUR, RUP, Chinese Yuan)
My question is how to make language and currency of the website change by client location.
for example, if customer come from Russia, the website automatic change to the Russian language and the Russian rupee, and if from Europe the website change to English and the euro, and so.

If I can do this, how can I do this?
