I cannot see my changes on Osclass.

I add new ads and blog articles - OK, I see all ads and articles.
I change pictures in theme - I can not see new picture, I clean cache ( use other browser ) and can see new picture.
I change translates of my theme on my language - I cannot see changes, I clean cache, change browser, change ip, change computer, but I can not see new translates.
I am not understand, what the problem ? Theme - Epsilon, I add Osclass cache, may be cache the problem ? Damn Wappalyzer shows that Cloudflare is connected, maybe the problem is in it? But I turned it off a week ago.
When I add new translates and new pictures on new Osclass website (without Osclass cache and Cloudflare) I can see ALL. Can you help me solve this problem ?

You need to clear your cookies and cahed file or use private browser

I clear cookies, cached files, clean osclass cache, removed the site from cloudflare and added it again, everything worked. Maybe the problem is in the Osclass Cache and Cloudflare conflicts?
