I dont know why but some days I cant download liked

Hi, I dont know why but some days I cant download liked post, I refresh with CTRL+F5 and no download url.
Some times I can see all download links and sometimes I cant see any link.

You can see in screen capture I have liked days ago, I refresh but cant see download links.
If I unlike and like again I can see url, but my cash is going down.
