Hello. If you have a site like blog or thing like that (small site, not very popular) it is not dangerous. But if you have a big shop with a lot of money and a lot of costumers you should change it. Because to hack small site it is not worthy. But if your site is worth tens of thousands dollars it can be worth to hack it by things like a SQL injection.
