  Is JMP Import Export suitable for migrating Component/Plugin and Module settings from a Joomla 3 site to a new Joomla4 site (having an old extension version in J3 and a new extension version in J4)?

    Yes, it's possible (this extension does not work for Joomla Custom Module).
