Note: for those who might use Magento 2.4.6 (latest version), Firebear Import Export 3.8.1 is NOT compatible with this version of Magento. They released update 3.8.2 few days ago and only this one is compatible. Those using Magento 2.4.5 P1 or P2 can keep on using 3.8.1.

Small correction: for those using Magento 2.4.6, you will need Import / Export extension by FireBear Studio version 3.8.3 NOT 3.8.2. It seems version 3.8.2 is not completely compatible because Adobe/Magento dropped Zend Framework version 1 in Magento 2.4.6. Those changes affect many extensions and themes.

If you are using latest version of Magento (version 2.4.6) then the problem is the version of FIrebear. There is a new version of Firebear (version 3.8.3) that works with Magento 2.4.6 available on nulledfrm thanks to potatoinsideoutpiano. I am telling you this because I couldn't export or import anything with version 3.8.1 and magento 2.4.6, there was always an error. You should try Firebear version 3.8.3.
