Bug fix

• Fixes disabling of SEO Extended features for logged in users
• Fixes the issue on category page in case of using page builder to populate a description
• Fixes the issue in Brand markup

Not compatible with Magento 2.4.5, not compatible with 2.4.6 and not compatible with 2.4.7. It's only compatible with 2.4.4. Support for 2.4.5 started with version 2.35.18. Latest version is 2.39.0.
