unfortunately this module has not worked for me, I have a presta 1.7.x in production and I wanted to migrate products and categories to the new presta 8 and when I go to connect it says that it cannot connect to the original prestashop (where I have already installed the bridge module).

It definitely doesn't work in my case, I'm not going to waste any more time. The developer's documentation does not say anything about this type of failure either.
