Hay un error en las importaciones, si la url amigable está mal, el programa detecta error y no sigue en prestashop 9. Para arreglarlo editar el archivo EDImport.php en la ubicación modules/migrationpro/classes. Ir a la línea 1294 y cambiar //$productObj->link_rewrite[$lang['id_lang']] = Tools::link_rewrite($productObj->name[$lang['id_lang']]);
por $productObj->link_rewrite[$lang['id_lang']] = Tools::str2url($productObj->name[$lang['id_lang']]);
