Usually, most themes from official Prestashop Addons have good SEO by default. Maybe only schema.org markup will be useful but I'm not sure. Modern SEO is based on user behavior, not text either keyword. Getting traffic and holding customers on the website - general goal to improve SEO results.
Look at the basic Google Analitycs Dashboard
- Users
- New Users
- Average time on site
