Did you find a way to avoid introducing or mounting the first disk everytime we want to play in MS Flight Simulator 2020?

You can do a ISO of the first disk. I've created a ISO of the first disk (only 10mb, do not need any big file) and it's working OK to start game.

I think you have to use a crack, unless you use a digital key, by now it should be cheap

I leave here a screenshot of my custom created ISO image.

Probably you can delete more files, but I think that's not a problem. These iso are only 10Mb on disk.
Obviously, the ISO are created with the contents of the first DVD of the game. I have the physical edition.
