Can you tell me, the Akira theme when setting up writes "Enter your license key here, to activate AxonCreator, and get feature updates, premium support and unlimited access to the template library" and does not allow you to configure. This is a very good question

You can configure most of it. You can't add advanced widgets via elementor/axoncreator but you have some part of the theme which you can then duplicate and configure independently. I went ahead and got a licence after testing for a few days and the full control just gave me the ability to add a hook which was not available. Overall, not much different from the fully licence version.

Here is the 2.3.2 Version of Akira. You can use files from 2.3.1. The forum doesn't allow me to upload the full package.
The theme is nulled. There is no license needed
