Im busy with a community site for local makers (made by hand) from crafting, baking or any diy items created. they will be provided with a forum, where they can discuss anything related to those categories. i had phpbb installed but the integration did not provide the outcome I had hoped for. so I am making everything native, same same with a few little tweaks.
