Offline Credit Card Payment v3

This is a payment method for collecting credit card information for manual offline processing of an order. Presents a basic credit card form at checkout and validates card numbers using the standard Luhn algorithm. If a valid card is entered the order is successful, credit card details are encrypted and sent to admin in a separate email with "Payment Details" in the subject.

As I understood it only validates the credit number, not the date or bank account if enough credit is available.
