I browsed thru the files. A weird thing is the humongous admin.js, The file size is 996 kb. Almost half of the file is base64-decoded.
@d-shilko is not responsible for this. This is how PresTeamShop have coded it.
You can see it at

https://demo8.presteamshop.com/opc/modules/onepagecheckoutps/views/js/admin/admin.js

In version 4.3.0 the js-file for admin was 50 kb, and no base64 decoded stuff.

I wouldn't install the module even if PresTeamShop payed me.
