OSclass Attributes Plugin - How to Place Attribute Plugin Fields After Select Category for your listing?

I need help placing fields of the Attributes Plugin (1.7.7) right after the CATEGORY section in the Listing form, instead of at the end of the listing form. Please see photo. Please help.

Use Hooks Manager Plugin. Plugin allows to reorder all functions that are added into hooks.
