Accept payments by Paypal adding a commission in the percentage payment and fixed to customers.
The most complete module to accept PayPal payments safely

* Allows you to add a percentage of the total purchase (default 3.4%).
* It also allows adding a fixed amount per operation that adds to the percentage (default 0.35 €).
*Allows you to use a personalized invoice with the breakdown commission and the corresponding VAT.
