I tried Pagege Cahe Ultimate and it seems not compatible with my Prestashop v1.6.1.16 and Panda theme v1.3.
Could you advise me about other good Prestashop cache addon?

I'd installed an old version, Page Cache Ultimate v4.55. Now I've installed v5.1.12 and it works fine.
