please check it out i just download it and it has only a wordpress-reset folder ans its read says it will reset your wordpress DB back to default.... not what i was looking for after all

Hello , i didn't get how this work , test case : i have two carriers that delivers for france , A,B
A delivers for paris only B for all other cities
if my customers choses the state paris , he should only see the carrier A not both
could this module handle this situation ?
