v1.7x-v8x-v9x Prestashop display both BGN and EUR prices

The module shows both prices in BGN and EUR for the new regulations because of the adoption of the euro. It is light and works on all pages. no additional settings are needed.

The BGN currency is the Bulgarian Lev, the official currency of Bulgaria, whose ISO 4217 code is BGN and its symbol is лв (lev). It is subdivided into 100 stotinki and its name "lev" means "lion" in Old Bulgarian.
