Prestashop Memcached Setup

Hello,

Does anyone know how to set up Memcached in Prestashop properly? I tried the tutorials and able to configure it but after configuring, it doesn't update the numbers at the top bar, please see the attached image to understand the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello I do not recommand memcached you will face many issue , i already install it and stop it
