v1.6-v1.7 Prestashop PayPal Surcharge extra Fee Module

I belive it is now illegal in parts of the EC (maybe all of the EC) to add a surcharge to credit card/paypal transcations.

Is there a way of calling it something different, and changing text inside

Does anyone know how to make it work on PS 1.7.6.0? I have selected live version, entered my API credentials but there is no fee added during checkout.
