Update/Import not working n 1.7.8 getting error that CSV is do not have CSV extetencion and toosame in XLXS

strange... is not working the 1.7.5 version i get this error: "
Some error occurred please check error.log file or contact us!
" - and error logs is empty

Is it working or not. Can I use 1.7.4 version on prestashop 1.7.8.5?
