I found it on one of the free Watermark module that might be useful to someone,

this is not the full module
it is only the original module watermarkv1.0 from prestashop 1.6.x ( it would still work with 1.7 but with the very old simple features of watermark that came with ps core 1.6x)
it doesn't have any of the new features in the watermark for prestashop1.7
it doesn't add the ability to add a specific watermark for a specific product
it does not have the ability to regenerate images for existing product images
