V1.7 [Request] Module for payment method modification according to total price cart

Hi all,

I am looking for any module that works with PS 1.7+ and provides the ability to modify (add/delete) payment methods according to customer's total cart price.
For example, disable Paypal if cart > 100$ (just a random rule).
I have found a bunch of modules that offer such ability and here are the links of them.
