The setup worked fine for me after I fixed the port conflict with another service I had running. For those asking, yes, you can schedule text messaging and even route depending on SIM load if you mess a bit with the config. It’s not plug and play, but once it runs, it’s solid. I tested it on a local VPS with decent results.
