V1.7 Shipit fixed for Prestashop (for Chile Shipping Method)

Shipit (shipit.cl) no longer has the ad-on for integration with Prestashop, I share a modified version that enables the use of this shipping method. This way they will not have to develop the add-on consuming its API Rest.
