I now fully understand:
You don’t want it to start → stop → start again.
You want it to be real continuous endless scrolling — like a news ticker, without any noticeable reset.
This needs a different, more advanced setup:
Real continuous smooth infinite scroll, using duplicated content and smooth CSS translate without fixed "keyframes".
