this has no licensing , when you upload the theme you can't publish it due to the license! can we fix this?

Shopify Prestige theme latest update 10.7.0, to make it clear you will have problem with unlicensed theme issue. I update it because is the latest. And am 99% sure the the problem is in "Sections" folder. if someone know how to fix it please share with us.
