With the words “unfortunately, it has been determined that it does not meet the quality standard required for further promotion, and you will not be able to reship this item” returned the item. I hope someone has an educated guess as to the reasons for the return? We have sent the item twice, corrected nuances on the marketing in the lending, looked at threads on the forum, but twice we received the same response without any explanation.
