Ssl issue "i reissued my ssl to another site and the mail and webmail of the site is not working properly"

i reissued my ssl to another site and the mail and webmail of the site is showing that the site ssl status is indicating that the webmail and mail status is not working in cpanel. i tried contacting my host but nothing is been done. they said i should check my files for virus, i checked and still nothing
