Suggestion: Improve NullCash System to Reduce Spam and Boost Quality

Hi,

The current NullCash rules encourage spam and low-value posts, since users are forced to "like" content just to download attachments and grind points by making short, meaningless posts.

My suggestions:

Allow downloads for a NullCash payment instead of requiring a "like."
Limit daily NullCash earnings from posts and threads (e.g., max +10/day for posts, +20/day for threads).
Reward quality, not quantity: give big NullCash bonuses for valuable posts marked by mods or the community.
Likes should boost reputation, not NullCash (or at least limit NullCash from likes to 1/day).
Disable NullCash for very short or duplicate posts.

Extra: No earning NullCash from replying to your own threads.

These changes will reduce spam, reward good contributions, and make NullCash feel valuable

Hello. Those are very good ideas. There is a lot of posts spamming to get nullcash. And also I think downloading attachements is quite to expensive.
