It is not working as per the documentation here: https://www.welaunch.io/en/knowledge-base/faq/setup-wordpress-helpdesk/ . There is no 'Helpdesk Menu' anywhere in the WordPress Admin Dashboard. I think people should test whatever they download and post some insights instead of posting only 'Thank you..' posts for earning Nullcash. It would help the members and this is all a community about, to share and help members in any way they can.
