../dependencies/modules/stthemeeditor/classes/ThemeLicense.php

Replace the original file, with the one attached in this message, so that the template is validated and has a "valid" license, rather, to null the template.

If you wonder how to setup Demo 17, you need to install Visual Composer, that is not provided. And watch this: video tutorial.
Anyway it is a tricky theme, the demo is half broken, and overall i am disappointed, it is not working in a fresh PS 1.7.6.2 version, the category page goes blank.
