If you are lost in the links provided in previous posts, here you have the easy instructions on how to Null the theme.
Open this file: transformer\dependencies\modules\stthemeeditor\classes\ThemeLicense.php
Find these 2 functions:
GoumaimaIsValid()
themeIsValid()
----------
Delete the code that you find inside them and add "return true;" , result is this:

public function GoumaimaIsValid()
{
return true;
}
public static function themeIsValid()
{
return true;
}
---------
Enjoy!

- FOR PRESTASHOP VERSION 1.7:
../dependencies/modules/stthemeeditor/classes/ThemeLicense.php
Replace the original file, with the one attached in this message, so that the template is validated and has a "valid" license, rather, to null the template.
