You can't download something because you need to like the original poster's post before you can download...
To like something, you need NullCash.
To get NullCash, you need to make some other posts, threads, and whatnot.
But if try to post a comment in some thread, it gives an error message, stating that you don't have enough "privileges".
This whole website and the way its system works, is nothing but a catch-22.
If I encounter stuff like this, I just leave. People don't have time for this kind of shit...
