This theme is completely outdated and no longer available on Themeforest website. I do not recommend anyone to download it. Anyone using Magento 2.3 and 2.4 will not be able to install it or make it work with Magento 2.4.5 or Magento 2.3.7-p4.

Obviously, the developer stopped updating it about 2 years ago, and as a result Themeforest decided to stop selling it (also as a result of numerous complaints from angry customers). Two years is a very long time when it comes to security and compatibility with scripts like Magento, Wordpress...etc.
