Base value - default value added to real visitors
Multiplier - multiply number of real visitors with multiplier
Minumum - show box just in case there are at least minimum number of visitors
Let's say we have base value = 10, multiplier = 3 and minimum = 2, then message box will be visible just in case there are at least 2 online users and will show value 10 + 3*{online users count}
