Hello. It is important to know what you want it use it for. Because some hostings are better to prestashop, some are better to normal websites and some are better to wordpress and different online aplications. Crucial thing is to know what you want to do on this hosting. Hostinger I would say is ok but there are better.
For what it's worth, I just moved a number of sites from BlueHost to Hostinger. I had been with BlueHost for a long time and was groining increasingly unhappy with their tech, especially very slow updates to PHP and their database engines. In many cases, I wasn't able to keep my extensions updated because of this. So far, I am very happy with Hostinger.
