What password manager do you recommend/use?

I've been trying to google what the best password manager is so I can use it.
I found that one of my email accounts when I was a teen and don't use was on "haveibeenpwned"

A previous discussion here said that lastpass was hacked end of last month? Several google results say it is the #1 password manager though.

I wanted to go with bitwarden, but they have this policy

"Bitwarden has the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Bitwarden reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time."

Bitwarden seems great, but if I might someday lose access to all my accounts? That would be terrible.

Those two were my top choices and top results on google... What else is there to use now or what is recommended to use?

LastPass is what i still use but there has been a breach if i recall previously but seems to still be safe for some reason. But use what works for you personally there are quite a few options to chose from all have their own perks and downsides
