Prestashop is specially developed as an e-commerce platform that can be extended further by modules.
WordPress is a blogging platform, it can also be extended by plugins, and WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin to add e-commerce functionality to a WordPress website.
In my opinion, Prestashop is easier to manage and run.

I'll pick Prestashop, but most customers prefer to have their ecommerce pages in WordPress for some reason.
