A:Yes, admin can enable the mobile number verification. In this case customers will need to verify their mobile number via OTP.
Q: What are the supported SMS providers which can be used ?
A: By default, Prestashop Mobile Login number supports three SMS gateway providers:
1. Twilio
2. SendinBlue
3. Onehop (SMS-Magic)
In case you want to use any other SMS provider, please contact us for custom integration in the module.
Q: Can Admin add mobile number to a customer account ?
A: Yes, admin can add mobile number for a customer from back office.
Q: Is the OTP message configurable ?
A: Yes, admin can enter the OTP message as well as set the length for the OTP. Admin can also set the OTP expiry time and number of wrong attempts allowed to enter OTP.
