I use Yootheme. You have many options (without 3rd party) to create a very good website.
But, it's a bit difficult to find your way around at first.

For Yootheme too ... but SP Page Builder also pretty good too as I used it for many years before switched to Yootheme (it's more flexible).

I always liked the early Warp themes so got to know the warp system well, made the switch to Yootheme Pro even though I don't like any of the stock templates they bring out, I find it easy to create my own styles in the builder and adding custom CSS for each page is a breeze. I do look at other template systems that make some great styles but then Im too lazy to learn a new system.

Sp Page Builder all the way for me. So easy, so verstatile. Can replicate most of everything that's needed.
