I belive it is now illegal in parts of the EC (maybe all of the EC) to add a surcharge to credit card/paypal transcations. Is there a way of calling it something different, and changing text inside

Does not seem to work on PS1.7.5.2 and my heavily mod'd theme. I will keep perserving, it maybe my theme stopping it.. Module file says its $this->version = '1.0.0'; Not sure if that is the latest.
