Dont get me wrong I like Joomla working with it from J1,5... But I think its a dying path, many extensions not being updated any more... I myself am depending on the MusCol extension for a site, but that's still in J3, although the site says it will be updated I think its never going to happen. And I cant convert it my self been trying it now with ChatGPT and manually, but for me a non developer its to difficult...

If Joomla! ceases to exist, it won't be due to a preference for WordPress, but rather to the advancement of AI, because there are already large corporate websites that build entire sites in a matter of seconds. Obviously, they don't yet have the same level of security as Joomla! In fact, even WordPress didn't have that level of security; it only improved recently with the migration of Joomla! developers to create components and plugins for WordPress.

Websites created with AI are still very basic and unreliable.
Perhaps in a few years I'll be able to create something more reliable, but now...
I've tried it, and it's still not even able to create a native Joomla 5 component without having to legacy to Joomla 4. After 20 attempts, it manages to produce a "hello world" program, and if it's even slightly complex, it gets stuck, dead-ends, or bugs out.

One day she told me that 85% of people used it to write emails, and I was forcing her to do complex things.:ROFLMAO:
